Glutathione is a peptide found in plants and animals. It is a powerful antioxidant made by the liver to protect body against free radicals and heavy metals. There are studies that show low levels of glutathione might be linked to higher risk of cancer, hepatitis, Parkinson's, and diabetes.  Supplementation may help with boosting immune system, support detoxification, reducing oxidative stress, and promoting skin health.
