Kate-Lyn Birchell, MSN, FNP-BC, CEN
Kate-Lyn is the Medical Director & Owner of Salt H2O MedSpa & Hydration, LLC. Kate-Lyn is a Connecticut native who has been a RN for the past 10+ years & has been a APRN for 5+ years. Most of these years spent in healthcare have been in the emergency & urgent care setting. I am a big believer that whole body wellness is so important. Taking care of your self will set your future aging body up for longevity & doing the things you love longer. I am excited to take on new adventures in the world of aesthetics & hydration. I am currently certified in Toxin & Filler treatments and have countless years of experience with IVs.
Carlos Diaz, M.S., EMT-C
Carlos Diaz is Cofounder & Director of Business Operations for Salt H2O MedSpa & Hydration, LLC. The New Jersey native has 13+ years in Emergency Medical Services between Virginia Beach, Westerly, and Southeastern Connecticut. In addition, he brings a business acumen from 6+ years of experience in the college athletics world with his VCU Sports Marketing undergraduate degree with minor in Business and Media Studies and ODU Masters Degree in Sports Marketing. Carlos is an avid local fitness enthusiast who is heavily involved in the CrossFit & OCR world locally and throughout the United States.
Jeannine Lovering, RN
Jeannine is a highly trained RN who has been working as a nurse over the past 10+ years. She is a well-rounded RN with background in emergency room, nursing esthetics, and school based health. Her expansive knowledge, certifications, and skills in cosmetic dermatology world is expansive. She previously worked for a Dermatologist in Mystic, CT and has done aesthetic procedures for multiple years. She is certified PCA Skin Care Professional. Susan is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with more than two decades of expertise in emergency room settings. Born and raised in Rhode Island, she has developed strong ties to her local community and now resides in Westerly. Susan's extensive background in emergency care has sharpened her ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver empathetic patient care. Her wealth of knowledge and skills make her an invaluable addition to the Salt H2O MedSpa & Hydration team
Michaela Sabrowski, Licensed Esthetician
Meet Michaela, a licensed esthetician with a deep passion for skin health and overall wellness. Her interest in skincare grew from personal experience—learning firsthand that caring for your skin isn’t just about what you apply on the outside, but also how you support your body from within. After navigating her own hormonal skin challenges, she became fascinated with the connection between internal balance, lifestyle, and skin health. This perspective shapes her approach to every treatment: thoughtful, customized, and focused on long-term results, not quick fixes. Michaela's goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, cared for, and empowered on their skin journey. We can't wait to see you there!

Meet Katie, APRN she is an AMET-certified APRN with over a decade of experience as both a nurse and nurse practitioner, practicing since 2010. I’m passionate about helping people feel confident, refreshed, and like the very best version of themselves through safe, personalized aesthetic care. I love building genuine connections with my clients and creating natural-looking results that enhance their unique beauty. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach, making memories with my toddler son and Pomeranian pup, ballroom dancing, seeing Broadway musicals, and discovering great restaurants.
